Het huisje heeft een eigen opgang voor maximale privacy en 1 gratis parkeerplek. Alle gemakken zoals WiFi, TV, Stereo, Airco, Combi-oven, Was/Droogmachine, Keuken apparatuur zijn aanwezig. Op het terras zijn stoelen, een tafel en een BBQ aanwezig.

Appartement met waanzinnig uitzicht op het Waagplein, midden in Alkmaar. Dit 3-kamer appartement beschikt over een master bedroom, badkamer, kleine slaapkamer en een ruime woonkamer met luxe keuken met inbouwapparatuur waaronder een afwasmachine. Het huis ligt in een levendige wijk op 5 minuten lopen naar het stadshart en op 4 minuten lopen naar het treinstation waarvandaan u in binnen 34 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal bent. Het appartement is recent en met veel aandacht gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien, geheel voor eigen gebruik met balkon.

On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.
