Our cabin is located directly on the Steinhatchee River with a balcony that looks over it for you to enjoy your morning coffee and relax. You can fish off the floating dock or just sit back and watch for wildlife. The land on the other side of the river is a wildlife management area and has plenty of wildlife for you to enjoy and watch. There are 4 kayaks for adult guest use at the house to help you take full advantage of the river. PFD's are supplied and recommended.

This unit has access to a community boat slip where you can easily access the water and be out on the Gulf in no time. Utilize the outdoor gas grill for family meals, & balcony for lounging over the river while watching the boats come in.

The Shells N Tails Rental home is perfect for fishermen or families looking for a relaxing vacation. Located on First Street West, this is a quiet and peaceful home. The home is within walking distance of the newly restored boat ramp. Several marinas are close for boat rentals and to hire fishing guides. A comfortable king, queen and sofa full size bed are offered with all linens supplied. Fresh towels and wash rags are available in the two bathrooms.

This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.
