Enjoy open bay views from this spacious, light-filled retreat just above Sausalito’s waterfront. The Overlook – Starboard View (Unit C) is a private residence in a quiet three-unit building, offering an easy walk to the harbor, ferry, cafés, and shops. Designed for comfort and flexibility, the space features a king bedroom, additional sleeping options, an open living area and a private terrace. Large windows frame views of San Francisco and Angel Island, creating a calm, well-composed setting.

Family Beach Cottage

Third generation family cottage with beach, private hot tub on the deck and amazing views of Tomales Bay. The gravel frontage road leading from State Route 1 to the Beach Cottage was once part of the narrow gauge railroad that took vacationers, farm animals and lumber up and down the coast from 1871 to 1930. If you need more space, you can also book our Rustic Beach Cottage, which is directly next door and offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, as well as its own outdoor hot tub and fabulous bay view.

We are in walking distance to groceries, dining, and everything the small town of Stinson Beach has to offer. Peekaboo views from the deck of ocean and town. You can hear the waves when the windows are open. This is a rustic spot, both Stinson itself and our apartment. Fiber internet added 2024.

Our home is perched at the top of Inverness Ridge with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean, Farallon Islands, and the Point Reyes National Seashore. Absolute peace, fresh air, and a five minute stroll from park trails. Quiet and crime free, the Artist Retreat is worlds apart from urban excitement. Guests are amazed by its beauty. Being at the top of a ridge, it is a 11/2 mile drive to get there. The road is quite steep with many turns. Free Level 2 charger which we encourage guests to use.
