Appletree Cottage is a cosy, bright, newly built cottage on a quiet back road in Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has four en-suite bedrooms and biomass heating throughout. The spacious open-plan living area has underfloor heating and large picture windows offer stunning views south, across open countryside. Situated a small apple farm, Appletree is perfectly located for walking, golf, hiking, cycling, fishing, boating, riding, wildlife spotting and the local village cafe.

The Old Farmhouse (Trossachs) - Achray Farm

Achray Farm is a working smallholding / goat farm and ice-cream maker in the Trossachs. We offer holiday let stays in The Old Farmhouse & The Cake House (sleeps 4). Old Farmhouse was renovated in 2019 to create bright, spacious accommodation whist retaining original features, along with a wood burning stove and complimented by 300Mbs fibre WiFi & biomass heating. Our location is the perfect start for walking, cycling & touring the area right from the door and walking distance from the tearoom.

Wallace Lodge is situated on the edge of the privately owned Cowden Loch at Loch View Farm. The lodge is a south-facing, traditional home with idyllic surroundings and beautiful scenery. The tranquil village of Comrie is situated 2 miles away, with the picturesque town of Crieff, 6 miles away, with Glasgow and Edinburgh one hour away. Wallace Lodge is ideal for a quiet holiday, with a hot tub that could include fishing (additional cost) , golfing (additional cost), tennis, cycling or hiking.

The exclusive electric hot tub is covered with a custom made wooden shelter for ultimate privacy and shelter from the Scottish weather. The sole hut is located in a small private paddock at the back of our farm in the village of Banton. With WiFi, smart TV, fridge, induction hob, microwave with oven, electric shower and hot water you can enjoy glamping without sacrificing your daily must-haves.

The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores! Immeroin Farm, Balquhidder. Comfortable, unique, traditional farm workers house. Go back in time and enjoy the peace and quiet in the hills of Immeroin. Explore the scenery and observe the wildlife. Self Catering. Towels, bed-linen, toilet paper, hand soap, washing up liquid included. Shampoo, shower-gel and personal toiletries are not. Another thing to add in view of the new Scottish legislation: we are fully licensed.
