It is located on the doorstep of the University and all the vibrance / facilities that it has to offer while being in a beautiful private setting. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.
