Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss unseres Wohnhauses und hat einen separaten Eingang. Sie besteht aus einem Wohn-/Schlafraum, einer Küche und einem Bad. Der Wohn-/Schlafraum ist hell und freundlich, ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett Liegefläche 1,60 x 2,00m. Beistellbett 0,80 x 1,90m oder Kinderreisebett für 3. Person bei Bedarf. Beides gleichzeitig nicht möglich.Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Kinderstuhl wird bei Bedarf beigestellt.

Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Wohnung mit ca. 54 m2 , mit einem schönen Balkon der nach Süden ausgerichtet ist. WLAN und Stellplatz vorhanden . Der Ortsteil Radolfzell Böhringen hat ein sehr schönes Naturschutzgebiet, und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge jeglicher Art. Die A 81 ist 3 Autominuten entfernt, so haben Sie einen guten Anschluss an das Verkehrsnetz. Konstanz und die Schweiz sind so in 25 min zu erreichen. A special retreat, located close to the city and at the same time in the middle of nature: This is the Junior Suite (no kitchen) Perfect for travelers who like walking, jogging, cycling, relaxing at Lake Constance (20 min.) or hiking or skiing in the Alps (approx. 1 hr.). Ravensburg (5 km) with 50,000 inhabitants invites you to go shopping and visit various sights. Very popular with children is the attraction park Ravensburger Spieleland (11 km). Breakfast can be booked for an extra charge.

Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Genieße ein paar entspannte Tage, lass die Seele baumeln. Zum Beispiel bei einem guten Glas Wein und dem Blick vom Balkon auf den kleinen Hafen von Wangen, dessen Beleuchtung sich abends im See spiegelt, einem ausgedehnten Spaziergang, einer Wanderung in der näheren Umgebung oder einem Ausflug mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto in eine der kulturhistorischen Orte oder Städte in der nahen Umgebung. Abends noch rasch zum Schwimmen in den See.

Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Urlaub machen in mitten der Natur, Berge, Wälder und Täler der schwäbischen Alb. Unser Apartment liegt am Rande eines kleinen idyllischen 450 Seelen Dorfes (in der Nähe der Stadt Balingen) mit Tante Emma Laden, Spielplatz und Freibad. Im Gartengeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses erwarten sie helle freundliche Zimmer, eine überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenanteil und eine traumhafte Aussicht über das ganze Tal. Von ihrem Sonnenbänkle aus können sie hier entspannt den Weitblick und die Ruhe genießen.

Sie ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um den Naturpark Süd-Schwarzwald mit seiner Vielzahl an Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden und zu erleben. 100m to the lake: Beautiful flat with lake view

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Little flat in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Modernly furnished, bright, sunny and 75 m² large: Our three-room apartment on the first floor of our four-family house offers a lot of space for holiday dreams. A large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as TV and WLAN offer all comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (box spring) and has its own terrace access. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.

Wohnung Nähe Donautal, Bodensee, Schwäbische Alb

The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. You will enjoy complete peace and quiet in the apartment and on the terrace. You can go for walks around the renaturalized quarry ponds and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry ponds have been converted into spacious, natural beaches. A bike path runs right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance, and the Swabian Alb are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.
