This cozy studio for 2 guests, offers complete privacy and comfort. Situated on the hosts property, it has its own private outdoor area with direct access from the road through a small gate. The studio features a double bed, bathroom, and a kitchenette, plus an outdoor braai for relaxing evenings. Although attached to the main house, it is fully self-contained. Street parking is available with camera surveillance. Located in Strand, just 600m from the beach and close to shops and restaurants.
