Located on the beautiful south shore of PEI on the ocean. It is a cozy and comfortable new, three bedroom cottage. The decor is very modern and light. Wifi, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 -queen , bedroom 2- queen , bedroom 3 - single and 2 doubles. TV (50 inch) is located in the open concept living area. Also, TVs are in each bedroom. There is a large deck overlooking the ocean with BBQ and deck furniture. Air conditioned.

A Beautiful view of the water with water access a few steps away. Use of two adjoining living quarters with full amenities in both. NEW THIS YEAR, we have two heat pumps to provide some air conditioning and better heating. A 3-5 minute drive will bring you to charming North Rustico Harbour with groceries, dining, shopping and a beautiful sand beach. Very near local sites: 15 min drive to Cavendish beach, Green Gables, Avonlea Village and golf courses. We are licensed by PEI Tourism.

The Mermaid Shore House is a brand new wheelchair accessible build overlooking the Hillsborough River, a small beach and city lights of Charlottetown. This well equipped two bedroom house is bright and spacious with numerous windows that take advantage of the stunning water views and sunsets. Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.
