The Hawthorn Shed is within easy access to a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The Appledown Iyengar Yoga Studio within our garden offers private & general classes.

An immaculately presented rural apartment, near beautiful Bude, North Cornwall. Situated along a rural country lane, we are close by to the outstanding beaches the area has to offer, including Widemouth Bay. A quiet and peaceful country setting, with local amenities close by. An ideal area for walking, cycling and surfing. The property is easy to access, with parking available on the driveway and a small step up to the entrance. A great base for exploring the local area.

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

There is private parking for 6 cars, with an EV charge point, a huge decked area and a large, secure garden.
