Boasting 2 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling. As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. - This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In both bedrooms you will find a double bed. -There are 2 bathrooms, each contain a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. - Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - Additional fees: Hot-Tub fee 100 EUR / 2 nights + 50 EUR every additional night. The guests can use sauna, fitness room, BBQ place, kitchen and the living area free of charge. Each room from the first floor have balcony. On the ground floor we have a spacious terrace. The outdoor hot tub with 6 seats can be used by our guests with an additional charge and prior reservation..
