The coastal retreat is tucked away at the bottom of a garden. It has its own parking space which you access from the marshes. It is the perfect mix of quiet retreat and town life You can open the gate and walk straight out onto the marshes and down to the river. Or take the five min stroll into town and enjoy the beach, restaurants and all Aldeburgh has to offer. It is good for couples and solo adventurers. A cosy, perfectly formed space in the centre of Orford, The Studio is ideally placed to enjoy this gorgeous Suffolk village. A short step to fabulous walks, Pump Street Bakery, 2 pubs, 2 restaurants, a tea room, Village Shop, Butcher & Pinneys Smokery, as well as a short drive to Snape, Aldeburgh, Woodbridge... you won't want for diversions, unless you just want to chill out on your own private patio. Ideal for a couple, a 3rd person can be squeezed in, and your dog is also welcome.

The Old Stables

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

‘The Hideaway’ in the Heart of Norfolk

The Hideaway is a detached self contained annexe with its own garden and on drive parking space beside the property. It is located on the same spacious site as the owners house in the picturesque, south Norfolk village of Saxlingham Nethergate. The Hideaway consists of open plan living with a very comfortable king sized bed, dining/working area, kitchenette and separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. Outside is a private fully enclosed garden and lockable shed for bike storage.

The Hideaway, Lark Cottage

The Hideaway is the perfect retreat from which to explore historic Pin Mill and the Shotley Peninsula, unwind with beautiful walks, bird watching and good food at the local pub or find a quiet workspace within a private garden surrounded by wildlife. The Hideaway is set across a private road from the main house and is 150m from the River Orwell. Walks in the AONB and National Trust-owned woods and heathland are on your doorstep. The Butt & Oyster pub is a few minutes walk away.

The Carter's Loft

Situated deep in the Suffolk countryside, The Carter's Loft is a beautifully presented studio bursting with charm. The popular local pub (White Horse) offers good food and local beer. There are numerous footpaths on the doorstep, a community cafe selling homemade cakes and refreshments (open 10.30 - 12.30 Wed - Thurs, occasional Sundays and some super evening events) plus our local vineyard. We are close to historic Framlingham and within easy reach of the heritage coast.

Old Bakery Flinthouse

An ideal holiday base for discovering the delights of Suffolk, it is wonderful place set in AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) in which to relax and unwind. This comfortable and charming brick and flint cottage boasts light and airy accommodation is well placed for exploring the area’s many delights, walking, cycling and bird watching are especially catered for locally. Bawdsey is also the home of radar and close to Sutton Hoo, Anglo Saxon burial site.

Charming Rural Barn

South Green Farm is a non working 3 acre farm set in beautiful Suffolk countryside. We are just a 5min drive to the market town of Eye. The coastal towns Southwold and Aldeburgh are around 45mins drive. The accommodation includes a double bedroom, large shower room and an open plan living, kitchen, dining room. We have off road parking with private access to the barn, and garden area completed with dining table, outside lighting and comfy reclining chairs.

Potash cottage is a rural retreat where you can relax and recharge, explore the countryside with a 200 acre ancient woodland, which is tucked away down a private serpentine track, in the sleepy hamlet of Sweffling, surrounded by countryside and wildlife, set within the beautiful Alde-Valley lies a self contained barn conversion. Locally offers 2 pubs , sweffling & Rendham . & 20 minutes from the delightful coastal town of Aldeburgh .
