Very nice and quite location. Close distance to Dukan Lake(100m). Supermarkets just in front of the apartment. This apartment is located on the 1. Floor. Suitable for a couple and few children. All rooms air conditioned and beautiful view on the balcony towards the water. Beautiful sunset behind the mountains. Directly on the main road between Sulaymaniyah/Rania road. Another apartment also available with 4 single beds and suitable for around 6 people(need to sleep on the floor).
