Modern house on 22 acres in Sullivan County, featuring an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a 77" OLED TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and French-door refrigerator. There are two bedrooms—one with a king bed and another with a queen air mattress—plus a queen couch bed. The air-conditioned home also features a game room with air hockey, ping pong, and a pool table. Explore walking paths and enjoy beautiful views of the Endless Mountains!

Come enjoy our wonderful cabin on 7 acres that is 1 mile from Ricketts Glen State Park. Cabin is rustic yet has all modern amenities - air conditioning, internet, DISH TV, fully stocked and newly remodeled kitchen (utensils, place settings, glasses, cooking utensils, pots/pans), indoor gas fireplace, outdoor fire pit, large deck, and charcoal grill. There are 3 queen bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs with a small en suite bath attached.)

Tannery School House in Laporte is the perfect country getaway. This rustic and newly renovated school house offers the most unique experience in Sullivan County. We have rentals situated next to Ricketts Glen State Park. This is our medium sized cabin! We also have a camper and a smaller cabin. Ricketts Glen boasts 22 waterfalls. A beautiful place to hike, boat, fish and swim. If the dates are filled at this cabin please check out our other rentals. All of our places are with in 1/4 mile from the Ricketts Glen state park.
