The Naches Estates Guest House is close to sports fields, hiking, fishing, biking, wineries and wine tasting, kayaking, river rafting, a skate park, skiing and White Pass and Rainier recreational. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. You have your own private deck with a beautiful view of the valley and hours of bird watching with full use of the pool and hot tub. Our property has a basketball court. Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Mim's Place is a special place where all are welcome. Grandma Mim and Grandpa Pat built our little country farmhouse in 1940. It is a modest peaceful home surrounded by cattle and alpaca farms. Quail, dove birds and big horned owl are seen daily. Enjoy the sunrise over Horse Heaven Hills or the remarkable sunset as it falls over Mt. Adams. Only 3 miles away is Vintners Village, home to over 12 wineries and and great food. Prosser boasts over 35 wineries and is home to many wine events.

NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).
