We invite you to our refurbished spacious 2 bedroom (sleeps 4/6 + cot) barn conversion with private fenced garden set in a peaceful hamlet in the French countryside.‭ A warm welcome awaits nature lovers and families or couples looking for a peaceful French getaway. We are very fortunate to be within a few minutes of Les Lacs des Haute Charente. Lac de Lavaud has two beaches, is a swimming lake, it has a children's play area, nautical centre (hiring paddle boards, etc), bars and restaurants.

With so much to offer in the surrounding area you won't be short of things to do, and for those days when you just want to stay on site, we have a lovely pool over looking the countryside, to relax by. Parfaite pour des vacances nature au calme, en famille ou entre amis avec tout sur place pour en profiter (piscine chauffée en été, jacuzzi, BBQ/plancha gaz, table de ping-pong, baby-foot, balançoire, trampoline...). Située dans un petit bourg avec commerces à proximité (boulangerie, boucherie/produits artisanaux locaux, supermarché, pharmacie...) et un petit marché le dimanche.

Gîte confortable et spacieux pour 4 personnes maxi. Entrée privée par la terrasse. Séjour avec cuisine amériquaine et table à manger. Lounge avec poêle à bois. Au premier étage, une chambre double avec lit double et à la mezzanine deux lits simples. La salle de bains avec douche, toilette et lavabo est égament à cet étage. Il y a une grande terrasse au Sud avec meubles de jardin et BBQ.
