House is located at Butler Lake which is 75 acres 30’ deep non power boat. Everyone can lounge on a huge private dock under umbrella or use any 4 boats for great fishing or swimming then relax by a campfire. Come Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It’s a great spot for a girls or couples weekend !!! Enjoy a big yard, newly built pond and a hot tub!! You get the whole house & property to yourself. The hot tub is a perfect spot for Stargazing on a clear night !! We have deer and turkeys that visit frequently. A newly built master bedroom overlooks the pond! Our quiet dirt road is Great for riding bikes and going for walks. This is a great spot unwind and recharge !

Less than 1/2 mile from I-81 yet secluded and close to area attractions. Come to our country property and experience nature firsthand. Kick back and relax or check out the nearby activities such as Elk Mountain Ski Resort, (8 miles away), Scranton (20 miles). We have many excellent restaurants, golf courses, hiking, fishing, state parks shopping and antiquing.

Foxglove Cottage - Cute and Cozy

Foxglove Cottage has been completely renovated for a modern clean look. 141 acres of beautiful woods and trails. A 6-acre private fishing lake. Ski Resorts Close are within an hour drive Located a few short miles from State Game Lands and abundant hunting. This is a working farm with horses, donkeys and chickens. The fireplace is only available from October 1st to end of May; its a heat source and is not for ambiance. The driveway is steep all wheel or 4 wheel is required during winter.

Olivia House

Olivia House is located in the quaint village of Steven's Point Pa. There is a large kitchen, dining & living room area and the original farm house features the family room which has been re-modeled but still retains the rustic farmhouse charm. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom is near another bathroom with a tub. There are 5 twin beds upstairs with an ajoining loft. A half bath is located in the laundry room. A BBQ grill inhabits the deck.

Only a short drive (approximately 30 minutes) to Binghamton, NY and Scranton, Pa. Nearby activities include hiking at Salt Springs State Park, golf, and shopping. Also, enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing right here on the Lake! My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
