This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome has views of the golf course and is in the beachside sanctuary of Salt Pond in Bethany Beach. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball and basketball courts. Enjoy the newly renovated first-floor primary ensuite bedroom, while your guests find solace in the two additional bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels.
