Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. Apartman površine 60 m 2 sastoji se od spavaće sobe sa velikim bračnim krevetom, kupaone, prostrane dnevne sobe sa kuhinjom, predsoblja i balkona. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.
