Everything is provided for you in this unique residence.This accommodation is suitable for holiday makers,business travelers, special occasions and your pets!! Perfect for the romantic getaway or a family get together. Bed of roses is spacious both indoor and out. We are located in a quiet area of Swan Hill within walking distance of the racecourse.You can wander the gardens and literally "smell the roses" in our extensive rose garden.We have provided a private outdoor area with barbeque. The indoor garden creates a relaxing ,peaceful ambiance. There are two tastefully decorated bedrooms, bathroom with spa, lounge with TV/DVD/Stereo-DVD's and CD's are supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped and you are welcome to cook your own meals. Everything you need for breakfast is provided. You can have breakfast when you choose in the privacy of your own retreat. Other attractions such as The Murray River, Swan Hill Pioneer Settlement and local Art and Photographic Galleries are only a few minutes drive away. Tralea is a three-bedroom spacious townhouse, in a central secure location. Great quiet neighbourhood. Just an 8-minute walk from the town centre. It is just up from KFC opposite the Catholic Church and school. Very close to restaurants, cinema and shops. Murray Downs Golf course is just a short drive over the river. Lots of scenic river walks and parks. Lake Boga 10 minutes away. One hour Drive to Sea Lake. Free parking, Linen towels, body wash​, tea, coffee, Milk, Porta cot, Weber BBQ.

Two bedroom house with a modern kitchen, outdoor area and a pet friendly secure backyard. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. Main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite. Second bedroom has 2 king singles and a fold out bed in the lounge room if needed. Main bathroom has a shower as well as a bath. We also have a porta cot and high chair available on request. Contential breakfast is included in the price. Riverbend House also has Wi-Fi and Stan.

It has all the comforts of all home - private bathroom, spacious living area with 4 seater dining table, TV, 2 seater sofa, full kitchen, and reverse cycle air conditioning. This cabin also features a cute study nook, perfect for those needing to work remotely. Please note pets are not allowed.

You can put your boat in at the boat ramp, less than 5 minutes away. 2 minute walk to the local pub, cafe, chemist and post office.
