Once a double-garage, it has been converted to offer our guests beautiful panoramic views, easy access to attractions in the surrounding area, privacy, relaxation, tranquillity, and a high-end interior with the added luxury of a hot tub and a log burner. Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

It is set out to individual needs of each guest so they can quickly de-stress and relax. the private garden and patio, is a lovely area for an evening salad or a glass of wine. With fast WiFi and off road parking it is a perfect base to holiday or to work from.

The apartment is ideally located only a short walk from Langland Beach and 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes walk to the picturesque village of Mumbles. This is a perfect base to explore the beaches of Gower and enjoy the surf, swimming, sunbathing and walking on offer.

One pet welcome, contact if you have more. 2 mins walk to the coast path, 5 mins to Limeslade bay, Fortes café & Castlemare restaurant. Langland bay is not much further. Mumbles’ restaurants, bars & shops are ~10 mins walk.
