Warm cozy fireplace with soft throws for the chilly day. Roku, DVD player, with a large selection of CDs, and the internet will be ready for your convenience. Just want to read or meditate, perfect space available for that as well. Cleanliness and communication are most important to the Super Host. Keyless, private entrance includes a small patio to enjoy. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!
