PLEASE NOTE: 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY DURING CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY. 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY DURING 4TH OF JULY HOLIDAY. **GUESTS SHOULD READ RENTAL AGREEMENT AND HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. **BBQ and patio furniture are stored away during winter from NOV-APR!!

Great little Cabin in beautiful Tahoe Pines with private homeowners pier and beach. 7-10 Minute walk to the lake and pier, eagle rock, 1 block to the bike path, close to trails in Blackwood canyon and Ward Creek! Very quiet, level and easy to access location. The house has 1 bedroom upstairs and one downstairs each with queen beds. There’s also a common area upstairs with 2 twin beds. There is one bathroom with shower and laundry. Ideal for a small family or two couples. Parking for 2 cars max.

Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft. Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less. PLEASE NOTE: There are TIGHT STEEP STAIRS INSIDE OF THE HOME, as well as STEEP STAIRS OUTSIDE to get into the home from either entrance. WINTER - 4WD & CHAINS REQUIRED. We have the driveway plowed professionally and you will be responsible for shoveling the stairs and deck during your stay.
