Our kitchenette is equipped with everything you require to prepare meals. The Floathouse is moored permanently within a gated marina.

Beautifully appointed Studio type accommodation with over length queen size electric bed, unfortunately the massage function is currently not working due to abuse but we are working to get it rectified. However the pillow section can be raised to any desired height . All normal B&B facilities inc TV, Fridge, Air con, close to town centre and 30 mins from Adelaide CBD. Own bathroom, shared laundry... enjoy.

The house has 4 bedrooms all with queen beds and 56 inch TV's with access to Netflix, central heating and cooling. There are 2 bathrooms and a living area with lounge, dining and kitchen as well as an outdoor area with gas BBQ.

Enjoy sitting on the back deck looking out at the Palmer hills. *Unfortunately the spa currently needs repairs* Spa needs to be booked ahead of time and will take you an hour to heat after payment for $50/night. Please make sure of availability during booking to avoid disappointment.
