It boasts oak beams, ingle nook fireplace with wood burner and a large airy cruck beamed bedroom with stunning far reaching views east over Herefordshire countryside. Enjoy the morning sun over breakfast, near the open door and listen to the birds.

The Garden House is a peaceful stone cottage set in the historic gardens of High Glanau Manor, the home of H. Avray Tipping (1855-1933) the Architectural Editor of Country Life Magazine from 1907. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

As you enjoy the short buggy ride down to the far end of our woodland you will be astounded when you come across our beautiful woodland cabin set in the treetops. You will immediately feel relaxed as you immerse yourself in the surrounding nature. Lounging chairs on the decking provide the perfect place for your morning coffee listening to the birds sing and soak away your stress in the wood fired hot tub then cosy up in front of the log burner and enjoy the tranquility of the woodland.

Farm stay, in beautiful rural Monmouthshire

We are a working dairy goat farm, milking 600 goats twice a day. Our milk goes into a delicious soft goats cheese, which is made in the neighbouring town of Abergavenny and sold through many of the large supermarkets. We are ideally situated for cycling and walking, with many footpaths nearby, including Offa's Dyke and a fabulous range of mountains. We are within 2 miles of the renowned Michelin star Walnut Tree Inn and there are many other wonderful country pubs in the locality.

Welcome to The Potting Shed! A cosy couples retreat, renovated to a very high standard, with many funky features and fantastic attention to detail. Just a stroll away from our friendly, foodie village pub, right on Offa’s Dyke path. It’s a special place, nestled in its own little corner of my garden, with an emphasis on luxury and lovely things. Transformed from my everyday potting shed, it’s now a spacious, warm and welcoming hideaway for two which I’m very proud of.

A delightful two bedroom cottage detached from our property set in an idyllic, unspoilt valley overlooking a large natural swimming pool. Located in-between the towns of Abergavenny and Monmouth and nestled within view of the black mountains from our lane. We are close to the Offa's Dyke and the Three Castles walks. 'The Halfway' pub is 3/4 mile down our lane. Abergavenny is known as the ‘food capital’ of Wales and boasts some superb restaurants nearby.

The property has its own entrance and parking area with private south facing terraced garden. The fabulous Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons are a short drive away.

The Wood Den - unique secluded cabin for 2

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. A compact wooden den set in it's own secluded area of a Monmouthshire smallholding. Picture window overlooking stunning views of countryside and across to 13th Century Grade 1 listed church. Plenty of walks and dogs allowed ( fenced area if they aren't too sure about livestock ). Ash Barn is a converted barn beautifully renovated situated on the farmyard of a working sheep and beef farm located in the quiet hamlet of Cross Ash. A great base for walkers where there are local walks such as the Three Castles walk and Offas Dyke path as well as mountains Skirrid, Sugar Loaf and Blorenge. We are also nearnby 1861 restaurant, The Bell Skenfrith and Michelin starred Walnut Tree.
