Bus 13 from railwaystation, buss-stop 150 m from the apartment. Great promenade by the lake - goes by the amusement park. A shop (380 m) and a musicbar are nearby. Free sauna is available in the condominium. Netflix. Free parking is available 2-4 hours during the week. On weekends it is free. Possibility to hire a car place in the yard. Cash pay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, tableware etc. Bed sheets and towels are included. Kaunis ja toimiva pikkuyksiö luhtitalossa, rauhallisella alueella, luonnon helmassa, Näsijärven rannalla. Asunnossa on tukeva ja turvallinen makuuparvi mutta ei sovellu liikuntarajoitteiselle henkilölle. Tilaa jää isolle sohvastolle jossa rentoutua .Varsinainen tilaihme!
