Please note that the nightly rate is for up to 4 people and includes breakfast. There are 3 bedrooms ideally suited to 5 guests however having 2 singles in one room allows for 6 if required. This can be reconfigured to a queen and a single in the largest bedroom allowing more space in the single room, if preferred.

Spacious 3 bedroom house situated close to the CBD but you’d never know it. So quiet and relaxing amongst the trees with tui’s, fantails and a resident owl. Wonderful pool, fully fenced.
