With amazing views and the Taste Tasman cycle trail at the end of the road this is the perfect retreat to get away from it all. We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

We offer a private Suite with sea views, a well-appointed bedroom with a king bed. French doors open onto a patio with outdoor seating. A cosy breakfast room with a fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom has a shower and bath with a separate toilet room. You have plenty of off-street parking with access directly into the place for your private use. Suitable for a solo traveler or a couple. Situated outside of the delightful township of Motueka we have built this tiny retreat and are super excited to be able to offer this unique accommodation experience to others. Lie in bed and watch the stars or enjoy the view out across the Tasman bay. Staying in a tinyhouse is an experience. Modern, bright and comfortable "the Apple" is a perfect escape, a relaxing weekend getaway with the beautiful Tasman region at your doorstep.

Beach Front Stunning Location Best views, located directly opposite the ocean our lower floor 2 bedroom apartment is set in an idyllic location in the National Park. Relax on your own covered deck. BBQ while watching the tide. Room for 6 people. 2 bedrooms (1 double and a bunk room) with a fold down queen size bed in living room, open plan living / Kitchen area, great indoor outdoor flow. 10 minutes walk to Abel Tasman walking track, shop/booking office, cafe/bar 200m along road.

The Courtyard - in a beautiful rural location

The studio has a small kitchenette and a modern compact ensuite. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for your stay, including free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.

Applegirth - Peaceful Retreat near Mapua

A relaxing space to retreat to after a day of exploring, Applegirth offers an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area; a separate bedroom with Single bed; a mezzanine level with Queen sized bed and a bathroom with shower over bath, and washer. A Sofa Bed in the lounge can also be utilised upon request. In the lounge is a music station , and selection of games. Outside on the verandah is a covered BBQ and seating area where you can relax and listen to the birdsong.

Pearse River Hobbit House bike trail, hike, fish

An overnight stay you will alway remember! Relax in this unique above ground Hobbit House. Lovingly hand-built. Sleeps 2 to 4 (two double beds). Wood heat. Outside kitchen with water tap. On-demand hot water. Custom antique style ice box. Propane cooker. Shower. Composting toilet. Hobbit House is located on a lifestyle block in beautiful Pearse Valley with lovely rural outlook, 1 kn walk to lovely waterfall, plus onsite tracks for Food and Medicine forest project.
