This is a pretty little light & sunny, self contained unit. Ideal for couples but we could add a portacot. 2 mins walk to the lake for swimming, 20 minutes easy walk to town. Basic accommodation, with tiny bathroom - shower toilet & little basin. Kitchen suitable for coffee toast etc with a microwave. SMART TV for Netflix. Gorgeous view of marina. Breakfast supplies including muesli, fruit, yoghurt, bread for toast. Fiber B/Band. Not fancy accommodation. Good quality linen and comfortable bed.

You'll have a comfortable stay in our modern, very clean, cosy & warm new-build (3 years old), self-contained 2 bedroom unit with large private deck. 4km from Taupo town in Two Mile Bay, opposite the Waipahihi Botanical Gardens and 1km from the lake foreshore. Best suited up to 4 people but allows up to 6 with the new comfy innersprung mattress type sofa bed in the lounge for guests 5 & 6. Please keep this in mind. Fully self-contained 2 bedroom unit complete with wood burner (Wood Burner available from May to September only) or electric heater for those brisk Taupo winters. There are views of the Waikato River from the bedroom window and walking/bike tracks nearby that lead to Spa Park where the adventure begins. Our place is a modern, cosy, self-contained (no oven/stovetop) furnished apartment with private guest access. It is warm, sunny and close to the lake and shops. It is quiet, comfy and clean with double glazing and a modern heat pump. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and friends. We live upstairs and try to keep noise to a minimum but you can expect to hear us sometimes. Please let us know if you’d like to use the bbq and we can arrange the gas to be connected.
