The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, right beside busy Pyes Pa Road. If you are looking for something bigger we also have the Orchard Guesthouse on AirBnB.

A perfect location - handy walking distance to everything. So close to the beach and to Bayfair mall. Shopping, cinema and restaurants just a 5 minute stroll away. Baywave wave pool/spa/gym 2 minutes by car or a 5 minute walk. Your family or group will be at the centre of everything, when you stay at this comfortable and spotless home. Featuring a lovely big deck in a private, quiet garden setting which is fully fenced. There is off street parking and is pet friendly.

We are centrally located to many sporting venues and easy to access via the Sandhurst Drive off-ramp from SH2. Completely level access suitable for guests in wheelchairs via private deck.
