The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Located right on the Tiligerry Peninsula take a stroll along the koala habitat to the Albatross Marina or sit back, relax and enjoy your favourite drink while taking in the beautiful view.

Centrally located 5 mins drive to Salamander Bay Shopping Centre and 5 mins to Nelson Bay Marina.

Search for Koalas and Dolphins along the waterfront walks or watch movies on the 64 inch TV. Max 2 people, 25min drive to the Airport, 40min drive to Newcastle. 40 min drive to Port Stephens. Sorry no pets. WiFi is available. Friday night entertainment at the Bowling Club could be loud.

We welcome you to stay in our studio room situated 300 metres from the amazing Birubi Beach which boasts the largest sand dunes in the southern hemisphere and awesome waves on your back door. We love the location of our house and hope you do too. The studio is located at the back of our property where we live along with our two children and small dog.
