Situated 3km from town on our rural lifestyle block, making the most of the views of Lake Te Anau. The shouse has all the necessities needed, a living area, kitchen, bathroom, sleeping area is upstairs in an open mezzanine style room (please note a lower ceiling) and slightly steeper and narrow stairs.

Relax and enjoy the stunning rural and mountain views from our stylish modern home. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet subdivision, you can literally jump off the deck onto a reserve. It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. This new, self contained studio is located on its own fenced section. Parking is available right next to the entrance. You will soak up views of both Mt Luxmore and Murchison Ranges. Lake Te Anau and town centre are just a short distance from the property. There is a private outside seating area to relax in, and inside you'll enjoy a warm cosy atmosphere and the Fiordland themed decor.
