Tranquil Windsor Hideaway

Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

The Library - peaceful with view

Treat yourself to a special stay at this warm and welcoming unique library with views of the harbour, close to the city and university and near cycle / walkways. The building is separate from the main house at our property. Newly renovated, it's a rhapsody of wood and leadlight, and has its own bathroom and kitchenette; with high-spec insulation and heatpump/air-conditioning you will be perfectly cosy. Quality furnishings including leather couches, wool carpet and down duvet ensure your comfort.

Quiet country surroundings with so much natural beauty. Scandinavian-style modern interior the barn has two levels combining elements of comfort and light. The Birch ply interior, wool carpet and heat pump create a warm and cosy vibe. The Barn is set in a rural landscape overlooking a lovely large pond inhabited by local birdlife. Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Overlooking the farm with views of the mountains, it is stunning place to relax and enjoy what the area has to offer. Enjoy a soak gazing at the view, a little luxury to outdoor life on a NZ sheep farm.

Dogwood cottage

Catch the Aurora Australis from the beach or watch the sunrise over the ocean from your private deck. Warm, one-bedroom cottage, surrounded by wildflowers, has 3 beds and a cot. Kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster and electric benchtop cooker. Ensuite bedroom has a queen bed and cot. The spacious lounge/dining room has 2 fold-out double sofabeds. Ideal for a peaceful overnight stop or short break. 30 minutes from Dunedin via Brighton, and 25 minutes from Dunedin airport via Waihola.

Karaka Alpaca B&B Farmstay

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life at Karaka Alpaca Farm stay, just 15min from Dunedin's CBD. Our 11-acre farm has alpacas, Buster the cat, horses and sheep as well as stunning views over the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean. Located less than a 5 min drive to Dunedin’s iconic Tunnel beach, where you can explore rocky coastlines and a hand carved rock tunnel. Situated around 10 km south of Roxburgh, in the heart of the Teviot Valley famous for its fruit production, 5km from the Clutha cycle trail, surrounded by the epic Central Otago hillscapes. There are endless activities just on it's doorstep including cycling, tramping, fruit picking and all that the famous Central Otago region has to offer.

The Retreat was established by the Clark family who live on, and farm the surrounding land. The Clark's have been farming the 685 hectare coastal property in the Catlins for the last 25 years. Welcome to Miro, our brand new build ( December 2019) accommodation. Set in a private situation with some water and mountain views, 2 minutes walk down to a secluded beach which is linked by a walkway to Riverton’s main beach. Fully self contained with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Multi channel sky tv, unlimited free internet , a free continental breakfast and even a coffee machine are features. Your utmost comfort is our aim.

Private space on a lifestyle block, close to town.

My place is located on a lifestyle block near the start of the Otago Peninsula. It overlooks the countryside and sea, but is only 10 minutes drive from the city centre. It is suitable for singles or couples. The suite is separate from the main house and is at the end of an English-style barn. It has it's own bathroom and patio. Please note - no kitchen but there is a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster & electric jug.
