This sweet little house enables you to enjoy the peaceful Australian bushland, but still conveniently only 10 minutes away from the popular coastal town of Port Lincoln. Welcome to our 3 Bedroom unit. It is ideal for families with pets as there is a large fenced yard. The garden with lawn has a bali hut for relaxation. There is a large area for cars and trailers. It is situated less than 2km from the CBD with elevated rural views and a glimpse of the sea. The unit is attached to the house but is completely self contained. Guests have a private entrance with a locked internal door separating it from the rest of the house ensuring complete privacy.

It is private and has its own access. There is access to the seafront within metres and free use of kayaks is included. Located in a peaceful and naturally beautiful area, very close to national park, walking, beaches, fishing, mountain bike trials and many other tourist attractions.
