Η Villa Maria βρίσκεται στην Δροσιά Χαλκίδας σε οικόπεδο ενός στρέμματος γεμάτο απο τα πολύχρωμα λουλούδια, τις λεμονιές και τις μανταρινιές της Γιαγιάς Μαρίας. Η βόρια πλευρά εχει θέα το καταπράσινο Μεσσάπιο όρος ενω η νότια κοιτά τον βόρειο ευβοϊκό κόλπο. Η παραλία βρίσκεται στα 500 μέτρα, (5 λεπτά με τα πόδια).
