My favorite restaurant is Noble Rot in inner SE PDX. It’s a farm-to-table with a rooftop garden they harvest and serve. Great views on the outside 2nd floor patio! Linda R.

One of the long time establishments on the Portland food scene. They moved to this location about 8 years ago and for good reason. One of the only open air 'roof top' restaurants that look over the west hills. It's gets very busy at sunset so get there early! Plus, they grow/farm their own produce from their roof.

Love this wine bar/restaurant. Food is excellent, as is the wine selection. Bonus if you get the view of downtown.
