Sam Tung Uk, 'three rows of dwelling' is a restored 200-year-old rural walled village. The 2,000 square metre museum includes an ancestral hall, two rows of side houses, exhibition hall, lecture hall.

This is a 200 years old walled village and transform to a good museum. You may enjoy to know one of local culture here. It's free and the open hour is 10:00am-6:00pm.

Sam Tung Uk Museum is now under the management of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Office. Declared as a historical monument in 1981, this restored 200-year-old walled rural village located on Sai Lau Kok Road provides an insight into the lives of the New Territories villagers centuries ago. Covering the areas of performing arts, rituals, festive events, traditional craftsmanship, etc., these items represent the efforts of different communities and villagers in developing, promoting and passing on their customs and traditions. 三栋屋博物馆由非物质文化遗产办事处管辖。于1981年列为法定古迹，并位于西楼角路的三栋屋原是一条有二百多年历史的围邨，馆内展品可见证世纪前新界原居民的日常生活。 此外，馆内将会介绍本地十个国家级非物质文化遗产项目，涵盖表演艺术、仪式、节庆活动、传统手工艺等各个领域，分别代表不同社群对传统的创造、发展及维护所作的贡献。
