Amazing terrace for an afternoon drink. It's part of a 5 star hotel, but the terrace is open for anyone. It's new and still unknown and on the top of a hill that is not infested by tourists =)

Open from noon to midnight, this terrace is found off the beaten path, but offers a view over downtown Lisbon. It’s just up the street from Miradouro do Torel, at the Torel Palace hotel, and serves cocktails and snacks. It’s a small space to relax in a calm and laid-back atmosphere, at the top of a hill that remains undiscovered by many.

Also to have simply a drink in the terasse with view to Rossio. The best mazagran in town.
