Walmart is very new and has groceries as well as everything else you could need. They have some organic options and they sell Argus beer (the local brewery).

#24 Wentworth bus goes by here on weekdays morning and in the evenings. Unfortunately they have no afternoon service.

A little under a mile walk from the flat. I've never been there but I've been told they have organic veggies. It is where most people shop for groceries.
