Probably the iconic Albany downtown restaurant. Been around forever and Hungarian food is just European comfort food.

I have guests come from all over the state just to eat at Novak's. This place is beyond a local favorite!! Go hungry, leave with a food baby and a desire to take a nap.

The Novack Family are a long loved Albany staple! The generational recipes passed down from founders "Papa" & "Mama" Novack are a local treasure. Middle of the road price for a great meal and lovely atmosphere.
