This deli restaurant is a must then you visit Montreal. It's the famous Montreal smoked meat. Be sure to ask for the medium fat smoked meat otherwise you'll get the lean meat, which is a bit less flavourful but still great. and don't forget to ask for a pickle.

Can’t miss the world-renown smoked meat. Locals eat it: medium-well with a pickle and cherry cola. Fun fact: owned by Celine Dion !

OOOOHH you should try this Montreal smoked meat place. There is usually a line, and it is worth the wait. But if it is beautiful outside, I usually like to order for take out and go eat on the Jeanne Mance Parc as a picnic. You should know though, they only have meat on their menu!

This is a little bit of a touristy thing to do but totally worth it. Smocked meat is part of the Montreal culture and this is one of the best and most well-known places.
