wide variety of baked goods and coffee at this local, small cafe on the west side of Washington Park. if you are in the area, these baked goods really are a treat whether you are having a midday snack, or a cup of coffee and baked item for breakfast.I would recommend before or after a walk around Wash Park, and you can even walk this top neighborhood with beautiful homes. gaylord street has a few cool shops and restaurants to walk around and see

A little further away from Airbnb in Washington Park, come here or to the sister restaurant 2 doors down for baked goods, southern comfort cuisine, and a great southern vibe. Highly recommend their eggs Benedict sauce, as it has a good amount of lemon for that early morning zing. Look up the Cookery at Myrtle Hill for sit down dining.

Brunch restaurant and has an adjoining coffee shop. Can be busy, so plan accordingly. Chicken and Waffles are sleep-inducing, but amazing.
