Situated on the edge of the Plym Estuary, the Saltram estate includes a Georgian mansion, surrounded by the remains of 18th-century landscape parkland. The walk follows parkland and woodland, providing views of the estuary and Blaxton saltmarsh.

Beautiful house and grounds great for walking. Lovely cafe and at Christmas the grounds are made magical with lights!

Lovely dog Walk or stroll. Perfect for family’s too. Lovely views of the estuary as you walk around. Lovely and flat and under 3 miles round. Easy to follow and it’s a national trust park. £3 for parking or free for national trust members. If your a keen cyclist this is a lovely route and can follow drakes trail into the city centre from here.

A Tudor National Trust property house full of treasures, stories & intrigue. A secret garden to lose yourself in, plus a park that cyclists, walkers, & our four legged friends love. Fantastic views.
