Local coffee and favorite people watching spot. Great for reading, surfing the internet (if that is still a thing), and is also DOG FRIENDLY. Try a Dr. Durham, its signature coffee drink named for a key flavor ingredient that is also shared with Dr. Pepper. (JUST. TRY. IT.)

Definitely one of the local favorites - single origin coffee, and specialty drinks galore. You'll find plenty of people here on weekends, sipping away at their cup, sunbathing, or generally catching up with friends. Great vibe. Very chill. COVID NOTE: As far as we know, Cocoa Cinnamon is not open for sit downs yet.

One of three outposts of the Cocoa Cinnamon family, this location is also walking distance and has a good selection of locally-baked pastries to go with their coffee / tea selections and reliable wi-fi.
