With nearly 100 years of flying history, the Torrey Pines Gliderport is the most historic aviation site in North America, and Southern California’s premiere location for paragliding, hang gliding, remote control models and sailplanes. The Gliderport provides a world class flying site, flight lessons, certifications, tandem flights, equipment sales, and repair services. If you are looking for a unique experience, this is it! Its also fun to just grab a bite at the cafe and watch the professionals jump off the cliff and ride the wind!

Here you can go watch the paragliders take flight off of a massive cliff overlooking the Pacific. Besides the incredible views from up top, there is a challenging hike down to blacks beach, which happens to be a nude beach, so be prepared. Torrey Pines is also close by there with very mild hikes and more incredible views.
