A great place to hang out with wifi and coffee. They serve breakfast and sandwiches too. Open 9a-2p, Tu-Sat only. A 10 minute walk.

Walkable, local coffee shop. The breakfast sandwiches are good, but expect a 15 min wait to get them. The do not have an espresso machine, so all drinks are done pour over. Check out OakCali Cafe for a better espresso drink in this part of the neighborhood.
