Upscale Bistro. The Chelsea resides in a building first used by Pepsi-Cola inventor Caleb Bradham. The building was built in 1912 and restored in the 1990's.

The Chelsea is located in a two-story 1912 building that was once used by the inventor of Pepsi-Cola, Caleb Bradham. Today, the building has been renovated, but little touches of the original atmosphere – such as the authentic transom windows – still remain to create a historic setting. As for fare, patrons will be treated to an extensive lunch or dinner menu that is brimming with modern twists on local standards and favorites. With fresh seafood, soups and salads, sandwiches, and a special kids’ and dessert menu, family members of all tastes will find something to crave with every visit. The Chelsea also features an extensive cocktail, beer, and wine menu that includes beverages from all across the state and from around the globe, and the friendly service and delicious fare ensures that everyone can relax and enjoy a meal that’s wonderfully memorable.
