Good coffee and people, in a historic building downtown Silver Plume. They have some delicious pastries, burritos and other breakfast items as well. Check hours - they just opened so it varies.

Only open on weekends. Meet the locals as they come and go and sip on a latte or a grab a pastry and get a feel for Plume.

You’re pretty much there already, just walk towards Main St. and it’ll be on that corner to your right. Their hours are variable even from what is on their website, but if you’re lucky and catch 'em open they have delicious beverages, some food, and pastries.
