Water World is a water park that is part of the Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District and located in Federal Heights, Colorado, roughly 10 miles north of downtown Denver, Colorado. The park first opened in August 1979 with the first two waterslides in the state of Colorado, the Bonzai Pipeline.

This is both the closest amusement park and the largest water park in the state! After a year of closure, they're opening Memorial Day Weekend 2021. See their website for up-to-date guidance.
