Lots of walks around the estate and some lovely spots for river swimming. The estate itself has parking, nice pub, cafe, shops and ho as ta the barn cinema. There are often performances held here during the summer months.

Dartington Hall and the shops at Dartington are always worth a visit. A great selection of food, clothes and glass and gifts.

Stunning gardens roll down from Dartington Hall to the Dart river below. Beautiful in all weathers. Stop for lunch at the White Hart next to the Great Hall.

Harry Potter style hall with beautiful architecture and stunning gardens. Dartington has lots to offer including the hall, gardens scenic walks around the estate and along the river, cafe, pub (the white hart) play area, regular weekend market, the barn cinema (very small cinema so advisable to book tickets online in advance) and even a small shopping complex a short drive down the road. See e-guide. The shops at Dartington are also home of the famous Dartington Crystal shop. Local tip Be sure to stop in at the Green Table cafe before you leave the Hall offering cake , coffee, afternoon tea, and a delicious, daily changing hot and cold menu.
