Karaoke Shout is one of the few things that gets me out of Manhattan. The private rooms really make it! Each private room has a different theme, from Audrey Hepburn to an earthy backyard to a cloudy sky. It can get kinda rowdy here, but it’s always friendly! Lots of Astoria-area folks come here after work for the happy hour to let off steam. They sell food, but you’re also allowed to bring food in, so if you’re craving something from the neighborhood, you can pick it up and bring it right back in with you.

Sometimes singing in front of the mirror does not cut it. Private rooms are available (just sayin'). Mon–Wed: 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.; Thur-Sun: 1 p.m. to 4 a.m.
